Within the framework of the Information Notice and the Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy presented to me by EVELUX TRAFFIC SAFETY SYSTEMS AND REFLECTIVE PRODUCTS INC. in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”) and the related secondary legislation, and regarding the matters specified in the Information Notice,

I hereby give my explicit consent to the processing of my personal and/or special categories of personal data in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698; including but not limited to the collection (in whole or in part), recording, storage, alteration, updating, periodic review, reorganization, classification, retention for the period required for the purpose of processing or as prescribed by the relevant legislation; sharing with public institutions and organizations to which your company is legally obligated or cooperates with, and/or with third-party service providers and suppliers located in Türkiye or abroad, as well as with your company and/or its partners; transfer abroad when legally or operationally necessary; and processing, storing, and transferring within the scope of the explanations above.

I acknowledge that, upon the expiration of the legal retention period, my personal data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized in accordance with the Law and related regulations. I declare that I have been informed in accordance with Article 10 of the Law, that I have read and understood the Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy and the Information Notice published on EVELUX’s website and announcement boards, and that I freely and knowingly give my explicit consent, without any influence or pressure, to the collection, recording, processing, storage, and transfer of my personal and special categories of personal data by EVELUX.
